Certifications
We aim at achieving customer satisfaction through continuous improvisation in our manufacturing processes so as to develop products that are of world class quality, safe, durable and eco friendly. We are an ISO certified company and our quality system is API approved. We have license to use monograms of API 600 (Certificate No. 600-0018) and API Spec 6D (Certificate no 6D-0346).
The national certification bodies such as LRQA, India and AD 2000-Merkblatt WO by TUV, India, has given EC Quality System certification to our ferrous and non-ferrous foundries. Also, our foundries have been recognized as 'well known foundry' under Indian Boiler Regulation 4C(2) of Central Boiler Board, Government of India. The Valves manufactured by us are tested by the Structural Integrity Division of National Aerospace Laboratory, Bangalore, for 'Seismic Qualification' of bi-directional valves.

Quality-Our Hallmark
The success of our company has evolved around a philosophy echoing consistent quality assurance. We hog a slice of overall business pie on the strength of producing highest quality standards. Our professional quality experts test products in all stages of production. They take appropriate measurement right from the raw material to shipment. Equipped with ultramodern quality laboratory that houses UTM, SPECTRO analyser, Impact testing machine, Hardness testing machine for impeccable quality checks. We have facility for radiography of castings, Die penetrant and magnetic particle inspection of material, NDT, In house Spectrometer for Physical analysis & specialised tests are furnished on demand.
We have employed quality analysts who are trained and qualified in accordance with SNT-TC-1A, fulfilling the strict demand of job. We have developed our own quality checking room exclusively for calibration of measuring instruments, gauges and temperature recorders etc.
Well Equipped Foundries
Our well equipped non-ferrous foundry has twin crucible induction furnaces of 500 kg and 700 kg capacity. The per month copper alloy castings per shift basis is around 500 tons. The routine products in non-ferrous range are produced by shell moulding process where sometimes CO2 and Green Sand moulds are also being used.
The advanced ferrous foundry has two crucible capacity of 1 and 1.5 ton respectively. The latest ARPA1300 moulding and jolt type mould machines are being used for machine moulding process. With the advanced machines like mechanized sand plant and others, the output of the Ferrous foundry will increase to 3000 Tons per annum of Radiographic quality Steel and Alloy Steel castings.
We have installed a 1000 KW generator the helps us to maintain the ongoing modernization process and able to take the load of our Induction furnaces. For other purposes of electric requirements, we have installed small generators of 500 KW, which are capable to take load requirement of company.
Advanced Job Shop Production
For making quality brass components, we have imported "ROVETTA ISGEC" 350 Ton capacity forging press, which are installed in our forge shop. Other machines such as 300 Ton extrusion press helps to manufacture precision range of brass round and hexagonal bars. A 1000 Kg. Friction Drop Forging Hammer to manufacture carbon alloy and stainless steel forgings for valves and pipe fittings upto size 50NB. In addition, our work shops house more than 400 advanced machines such as SPM's and CNC machines that carry out all types of exact machining operations.
In our work shop, we have installed state-of-the-art CNC machines JUARISTI CNC Horizontal machining center for machining Gate, Globe & Check Valves upto 36 inch, PRAGA MITSUBISHI CNC Horizontal machining center Model MPA-H50A for machining Gate, Globe and Check valves upto 24 inch, and CNC SPM to machine Butterfly Valves. For vertical turning machine, we use two CNC machines of HESSAB and for horizontal turning, we use MAXMULLER.
